WILL His wife Phebe Cook and son Joseph Cook were named: "I Give and bequeath to Phebe Cook my dearly beloved Wife after my just Debts and funeral Charges are paid I Give and Bequeath all my Estate to my Dearly beloved Wife Phebe Cook excepting my Bible and twenty Pounds Money or a middling Cow which I give to my Son Joseph Cook if that he lives to the age of Twenty one years of Age If not then I give it to my well beloved wife Phebe Cook and I do ordain and appoint my well beloved Wife Phebe Cook to be my sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the Day & Year above written.
