Also Bethlehem Congregational Church records show she died 5 May 1822.  (Family History Library film 3803, item 2, p. 49) Since other records suggested she died in 1825, I checked that year in the church records. There are no deaths recorded in Bethlehem from Jan. 1824 to July 10, 1825.
The third record: William Cothren recorded death records in his book "The History of Woodbury," Family History Library book 974.6 H2cw, Vol. 3, p. 570: As it appears we read "Sally Churchill, aged 50, died 10 May 1825."
