He is survived by two sons: John of St. Helena, California and Gary of Vallejo, California. His daughters are Mrs. Robert (Katherine) Cochran of Vallejo, California, and Mrs. June Fralick of Bellglade, Florida. He is survived by his brothers Carl Cook of Salt Lake City, Moses Cook of Ogden, and Adalia Covey of Pasadena, California. Buried near other members of his family in the Logan Cemetery.
