The deed is for the dwelling and half of the barn all in Washington, Litchfield Ct. which belonged to our honored father James Burgess late of Wash.. 12 Apr 1791. Heirs named, each to receive £8.13.1: James Burgess, Ebenezer Burgess, Mary Troop, Hannah Lovejoy, Irene Lemmon. Also named were grand-heirs 7 children of Jonathan and Sarah (Burgess) Churchill and the 7 children of her brother Daniel Dunk.
