Note | BIRTH: Named as son of Dr. Hezekiah Porter in "Genealogical and Family History of the State of Connecticut," Ed, W.R. Cutter, E.H. Clement, S. Hart, et. al., Vol, 1, p. 585. (FHL book 974.6 D2c, Vol. 1.) REVOLUTIONARY WAR He was probably a surgeon, as he is called "Dr. Hezekiah" on the rolls, marching to Bennington, Vermont in 1777 and again in 1778. A hezekiah was also in Captain Parson's company, Colonel Charles Webb's regt. CT line in 1780. He lived in Naugatuck. ("Genealogical and Family History of the State of Connecticut," Ed, W.R.
