Note | Named in his father's probate. WOODBURY LAND RECORDS: Vol 19, p. 163 Elijah of Waterbury sold land to Thomas Kimberly of Woodbury in the parish of South Brittain in Woodbury, beginning at the northeast corner of Gideon Porter’s land, bounds east and south on Gideon Porter’s land in part and part east on Tuttle’s land, north in part on Deacon Daniel Carlson’s land and part on Lieut. Porter’s land, 1771. Since Elijah is the brother of Gideon, it is likely the same person. |
