PROBATE: Anna Porter, widow Probate Vol. 2, p. 111 in "Town of Farmington Probate Records," F.H.L. film 4,207. Dated 17 Jul 1777. Sons to receive inheritance are John and Ebenezer. Daughters are Susanna Newell, Rebecca Lankton, Elizabeth Hart. Thomas's daughter Anna Porter is named. Timothy was paid a legacy of 5 pounds. Signed by Jonathan Buell, Elijah and Seth Porter, second cousins to both Anna and her husband Ebenezer.
