Note	BIRTH: 1880 CENSUS: Harry H. Spencer living with his parents. He was born about 1860 in Washington D.C. Lucy's parents had left Washington D.C. by the mid-1850’s. She and Reuben must have stayed behind when her parents left Washington D.C. In that case she may have married and had a child there before moving back to Michigan where her third child was born.
