Hall and is age 24, a gold digger born in New York. 1860 CENSUS: Washington D.C. Reuben Spencer, age 34 and born in New York is a Clerk Deputy, with real estate valued at $2,000 and personal estate valued at $300. His wife Lucy Spencer is age 24, born in Connecticut. Children in the household are Ella J. Spencer, a female age 3, born in Washington City; H. H. Spencer, a male age 6 months, born in Washington City. Also in the household is Eliza Hall, age 48, born in Connecticut. There are no relationships in this census, but Eliza Hall is Lucy's mother.
