Note	BIRTH: Barbour Collection of Connecticut Vital Records. Patison/Patterson listed together. Sarah Patterson, dau. William b. Nov. 21, 1758, citing Farmington Land Records LR1:1. We know William was from Farmington from his Berkshire land records. Year confirmed on Simeon's Rev. War Pension Application. Her parents have not been found, but there is a land record which may give a clue: "William Pattison" of Berlin, Hartford, CT sold Simeon Porter of Great Barrington part of Lot #31 in the East Division of lots in the Upper Housatonic at Great Barrington, 7 acres. 8 June 1792, (32:108, FHL 879,132.) FATHER'S PROBATE: Mentioned in her father's will dated 19 July 1801: Sarah Porter. DEATH: Death date from "Descendants of Robert Porter of Farmington." (FHL 929.273 P835m, p. 7.
