GS#2967, item 10, Branford Vit. Records, of this extended family only lists children of Peter and George. Roger is missing from the family in "The Descendants of Job Tyler Since 1619," Vol 1, p. v. (CS&a/T983/1912) NEHGS Library, Research authorized by Bryson Cook, 193 Campbell Rd., Bedford, NH 03110. In that source it is suggested Roger was previously in Massachusetts and left an inventory of an estate in New Haven in 1673. It is possible he may be the "progenitor" of the "Branford Tylers," but proof is lacking." The "Official Report of the Second American Tyler Family Reunion," by Willard I. Tyler Brigham, Esq, 1897, p. 7 also lists the four brothers as "the Branford branch."
