Note | BIRTH: He died in 1825 at the age of 90. Ancestral File records the exact day. "History of Norfolk, p. 513. NORFOLK, CONNECTICUT "Capt. Timothy Gaylord lived on the top of the hill east. He built a house which was burned just as it was completed. He rebuilt, and his son Reuben lived the larger part of his life on this place. <u>Capt. Timothy Gaylord died</u> ??? at his old home in 1825, aged 90." (History of Norfolk, p. 513.) He was one of the 44 legal voters present at the first town meeting held Dec. 12, 1758 of Norfolk.
