1850 CENSUS: He was age 64, indicating he was born about 1786. PA - OHIO He emigrated from Bradford Col. PA with his father in 1812. Served in the War of 1812 from Ohio, and later moved to Mclean Co. Ill. MORGAN COUNTY, OHIO He was probably the James Frisby who was Justice of the Peace in Morgan County. He married his nephew Joseph Frisbey and Esther Champlin Dec. 20, 1821.
