They are both buried in Adams Rd. Cemetery, Athol, MA on the border with Petersham. Petersham is given as the death location in the Boston Transcript 2 Aug. 1909 #772: "Benjamin Cook (John-Israel-Samuel-Henry) married Charity Elliot (b. Aug 27, 1773) prob. Sutton, Mass. on Dec. 26, 1797. She d. Petersham Mass Dec. 26, 1869. She is daughter of James. Marriage intentions at Hutton, Mass with Esther Buxton Mar. 2, 1771. "
